In every way, listening to Vicki's CD is a great experience of the presence of God for any one who is struggling to get quiet inside. It has real 'listenability' again and again. It soothes, and that’s what makes every thing in our lives seem possible.

“Change Your Mind and Your Life Will Follow”
This remarkable program is both beautiful and compelling. I not only use it, but I also use it with my patients. As a result, I have seen significant improvement in our spiritual practices, which can then be taken into daily living. This is a great tool for recovery work.
- Louis Deere, D.O.,
Psychologist & Addictionologist, Dallas, TX
Vicki Johnson's CD, "Grace," is inspiring and very uplifting. It provides a space of calm, useful to anyone working with life on life's terms. A great CD to listen to when looking for inner direction or relaxation.

Listening to this CD reminds me that we have friends, encouragement and recovery support all the time, even when we're home alone. These meditations are a call to remember our purpose and our joy. Thank you Vicki, for a thoughtful lifting of my spirit.

About Vicki Johnson
Vicki Johnson has been personally involved in 12-step and faith-based recovery since 1976. Her passion for recovery and gift for teaching the healing arts continues to bless the world we live in.
Vicki's recent collaboration with musician Shelly Niebuhr, produced a beautiful music and meditation CD entitled, Grace . . . Enhancing Recovery Through Prayer, Meditation, and Yoga. This wonderfully-soothing CD encourages and assists people in recovery to go deeper into their practice of prayer and meditation.
This past year, Vicki was honored to present Enhance Your Spiritual Connection: Prayer, Meditation and Yoga at Hazelden's Women Healing® Conferences around the U.S., helping women in recovery integrate the 12-Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous into their lives.
For almost thirty years now, Vicki has continuously studied with internationally recognized yoga teachers of various backgrounds, including traveling to India to deepen her yoga experience. It seemed only natural for her to become a yoga instructor, so in 1994, Vicki began teaching yoga.
She holds certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy, founded by Joseph Lepage, and Namasté International Yoga (based on Vanda Scaravelli’s innovative concepts), founded by Bill and Irene Beer.
Vicki holds a State of Texas License in Chemical Dependency Counseling (LCDC), and is a licensed Accudetox Specialist. She offers recovery coaching to individuals and families seeking a clean and sober lifestyle.
For over ten years, she's been training professionals in yoga and meditation. In 2003, Vicki co-founded the Namaste USA Yoga Teacher Training Program. She also created and implemented hatha yoga programs at the University of Texas at Dallas and Collin County Community College.
In an effort to bring the spirit of yoga to many groups in the community, Vicki offers specialized training for professionals in the chemical dependency and mental health fields as well as stress management programs for business and industry.
Vicki is a longtime resident of Richardson, Texas. She loves traveling, music, and knitting.
